Booking the trip went pretty well for the fact that I discussed everything with Ms. Louie via email. I'm from Germany and a phone call to Canada would have cost €1.10 per minute. The travel organizer of course showed understanding and refrained from their actual phone process. I can also only recommend it. The employee Ms. Louie was super friendly.

Were we even lucky to have drawn Jocelyn Louie for are Odenza vacation agent...Hilton promised us totally different things than they were able to deliver..It was frustrating but with Jocelyn's help she got us threw the paper work with the least pain possible

I eventually sent an email and got a response from Joycelyn Louie, who turned out to be extremely helpful and efficient in handling a very frustrated customer. She was very patience and was able to resolve my reservation the same day.
