Travel agent Andrew Ogunbayo is professional and courteous, and was very helpful in getting our vacation booked. Like some other reviewers, I was trying to redeem a free vacation offer. For the initial booking process, we had to find a resort available during our chosen vacation dates, then put a hold on that resort online, then speak to a travel agent and finalize the booking within 24 hours.

I emailed Odenza and finally received a response from Andrew Ogunbayo, However, my reservation expired even though I followed Odenza's directions within the 24 hour confirmation
