The offer is available to residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada, Bermuda, Puerto Rico, and Mexico who are 21 years of age or older. It is valid for new bookings only and applies exclusively to the first two guests in a stateroom, excluding third and fourth guests. Offers have limited availability, are capacity-controlled regardless of stateroom availability, and may not be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.

The Stateroom Location Upgrade Offer allows guests to book a better stateroom location for the price of the lowest category within the same stateroom type. On Queen Mary 2, Balcony staterooms in category BZ are available for the same fare as category DF, category BY for the same fare as category DC, and category BV for the same fare as category DB. Inside staterooms in category IB are available for the same fare as category IF, while Oceanview upgrades are not available. On Queen Anne, Balcony staterooms in category BE are available for the same fare as category CC, category BD for the same fare as category CB, and category BC for the same fare as category BF. Oceanview staterooms in category EB are available for the same fare as category EF, and Inside staterooms in category IB for the same fare as category IF. On Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria, Balcony staterooms in category BE are available for the same fare as category CB, and category BD for the same fare as category CA. Oceanview staterooms in category EC are available for the same fare as category FC, category EB for the same fare as category FB, and Inside staterooms in category IA for the same fare as category IF.
