Booking the trip went pretty well for the fact that I discussed everything with Ms. Louie via email. I'm from Germany and a phone call to Canada would have cost €1.10 per minute. The travel organizer of course showed understanding and refrained from their actual phone process. I can also only recommend it. The employee Ms. Louie was super friendly.

My experience in booking my first reservation was not successful. I was unable to get through to an agent due to high volume x2. I left 2 message and didn't receive a call back within the 24 hour confirmation hold time. I emailed Odenza and finally received a response from Andrew Ogunbayo, However, my reservation expired even though I followed Odenza's directions within the 24 hour confirmation
